Lifestyle management is about making your life run seamlessly. We take care of day-to-day tasks, household organisation, family support, travel planning, and special projects — giving you back time and peace of mind.
Unlike a single PA, we offer the benefit of two lifestyle managers with complementary skills. Every task is assigned to the person best suited to handle it, meaning you get maximum efficiency and expertise across home, family, admin, and events. We also ensure to avoid other commitments at the same time, to ensure constant access to our help.
We work with busy professionals, families, and households who value their time. Whether you need weekly support, occasional help, or assistance with major projects, we adapt to your lifestyle and priorities.
Yes. Our clients see lifestyle management as an investment in their most valuable asset — time. By subscribing, you have dedicated access to two lifestyle managers who know you, your family, and your household, meaning we can anticipate needs and act quickly without starting from scratch each time. Instead of paying per errand, you’re investing in a service that ensures life runs seamlessly: no missed deadlines, no forgotten details, and no lost weekends spent on chores. The subscription model gives you continuity, reliability, and peace of mind — with complete flexibility to use your hours where they matter most.
We offer three tiers of support, allowing you to choose the most suitable for your needs. There is a 3 month minimum commitment, then the service is a rolling monthly contract.
Tier One – Essentials
£600 per month
Up to 5 hours per week (20 per month)
Hours used by whichever team member is best suited (efficiency = more value)
Roll over unused hours for up to 2 months
Additional hours at £55/hr
Tier Two – Plus
£950 per month
Up to 8 hours per week (32 per month)
Priority access to both lifestyle managers
Tasks allocated to the most efficient team member
Additional hours at £50/hr
Tier Three – Elite
£1,400 per month
Up to 12 hours per week (48 per month)
Priority daily access Mon–Fri
Bespoke services (event styling, premium bookings, project management)
Additional hours at £45/hr
Our subscription packages are the most cost-effective way to access ongoing support. However, we also offer additional hours on a flexible basis if you require one-off help or a seasonal boost.
Unused hours roll over (up to the limit of your package) for a maximum of 3 months. This way, you don't lose out during quieter months.
Absolutely. Discretion is at the heart of everything we do. Your personal information, family details, and household arrangements are managed with complete confidentiality.
Yes. The services listed are only examples — if it matters to you, we’ll make it happen. If a request falls outside our scope, we’ll use our trusted network to source the right support for you.
Yes. With extensive experience in nannying and household management, we can help with school runs, activity scheduling, uniform organisation, childcare arrangements, and more.
Our job isn't a typical job, and so neither are our hours. We're contactable 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and commit to responding within 3 hours. Our subscription hours are more typically used during weekdays, but we understand life doesn’t stop at 5pm, so we support during the hours we're needed.
